BY A STAFF REPORTER: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the commander of the joint forces operation had been sacked from his post. Major General Edouard Mikhailovich Moskalov was appointed to the post last March when Lieutenant General Oleksandr Pavlyuk was appointed head of the military administration of the Kiev region. Zelensky offered no explanation for Moskalov's dismissal, but it was the latest in a long line of recent leadership changes in his administration. Ukrainian authorities have conducted anti-corruption investigations and operations across the country.
