BY A STAFF REPORTER: A one day training course was organized at Pragyan Bhavan on Tuesday 28th February, 2023 by International Traditional Reiki Grand Master Dr. Suresh Kumar Agarwal Director of International Institute of Lifestyle Medicine. Several Participants from Bangladesh including Prof. Dr. Md. Monjurul Ahasan renowned agriculturist, Dr. Dilip Kumar Das Chowdhury, Advocate Supreme Court of Bangladesh, Engineer Miltan Barai,Prof Nikhil Chandra Chakraborty, Educationist , Mr. Chinmoy Choudhury Astrologer,, Mrs Manjushree Chowdhury, Mr Tushar Kanti Bhowmik, and Md Mahbub Alam Khan, and several participants from India such as Dr. Basudeb Gangopadhyay, of Indian Science Congress Association, Mr. Bijoy Kumar Nayak, human Right s Activist, Ayush Dr. Samir Chowdhury, Dr. Namita Chakraborty, Engineer Ram Ratan Agarwal , Mr. Sadruz Zaman, Mr. Tapas Saha, Mr. Arvind Agarwal, Mr. Jayanta Kumar Das, Ms. Sarita Jaiswal, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Mukherjee, Mr. Suresh Kumar Gupta, Dr. P.K. Pramanick and many others participated in this one day long seminar. Prof. Dr. Sujoy Roy Chowdhury renowned diabetologist and physician of Woodland Hospital, Kolkata was the Chief Guest. This one day long training facilitated 5 principles of Reiki which promotes the love, respect and harmony among the people and thus promotes the friendship and harmony between India and its neighboring country Bangladesh. Reiki is a Buddhist Japanese healing and self development technique which has its roots in India.
