BY A STAFF REPORTER: US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is in India to attend the G-20 Foreign Ministers' Meeting and raisina dialogue. On his arrival in India, he opted for an autorickshaw instead of a bullet-proof car to reach the US Embassy in Delhi. The Foreign Minister reached the US Embassy in the auto-rickshaw.
