Ingredients: Grated bottle gourd - 1 cup, khoya - 125 g, ghee - 1 tbsp, sugar - 1/4 cup, creamed milk - 1/2 litre, cardamom powder - 1 tsp, salt - to taste
How to make - First let the milk heat in a bowl on a low flame. Then mix the grated bottle gourd in hot milk. Now add a quantity of sugar to the mixture. Keep stirring well. Until the bottle gourd absorbs the whole milk and the whole mixture thickens. When thickened, add khoya, cardamom powder and ghee. Stir well again. Take another container in it so that you can add ghee well. Now spread the thickened mixture well in that container. And spread the almonds and pistachiopowder on top and let it cool. Now when it cools down, cut it into ice shapes and serve. If you want, you can leave it for later meals.
