Dark clouds of disaster not cut, heavy rain feared all over Bengal

​By a Staff Reporter: Large areas of Bengal are still submerged due to rain. The Met department (weather office) has once again predicted heavy rain amid the plight of the people of Banvasi Bengal. The air department has predicted heavy rain in several parts of South Bengal including Kolkata and also in the north. Due to rain, water has come down to ghatal and khanakul e NDRF workers in West Midnapore. The boat is delivering food and drinking water to the people trapped in the water. On the one hand, the flood situation, and more rain are predicted, and the people of Bengal are in danger. Heavy rain is forecast in two Midnapore, Purulia, Jhargram, Bankura, Kolkata, Howrah, Hooghly, 24 Parganas, Birbhum, Nadia, Murshidabad as well as Alipurduar, Behar, Two Dinajpur, Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri, Kalimpong, Malda due to cyclonic circulation along the Bangladesh coast.
