A Boon to Boost Immunity organised by Divine Bliss Foundation at Pragyan Bhawan on 6th of August 2021 under the Chairmanship of Dr Suresh Kumar Agarwal. Swami Maheshananda ji from Bholagiri Ashram, Swami Dibyananda from Rishra Prem Milan Mandir, Swami Kashikananda from Totapuri Ramkrishna Ashram, Brahmachari Sunil Maharaj from Manab Seva Sansthan , Sri Prakash Killa, Sri Raj Kumar Prasad, Sr Manager Airports Authority of India, Adv Sankar Naskar, Dr Namita Chakraborty, Dr P K Pramanik, Dr Uma Nath Das, Sri Nand Lal Shaw Yoga Teacher, and many others attended the event with full enthusiasm and devotion. This Workshop-cum-Seminar was organized to spread awareness of the importance of Yoga and how a person can inculcate it in their daily life to boost their immunity. Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines. Yoga helps to improve strength, balance and flexibility. Yoga helps to manage stress and bring more energy to the body. It also benefits heart health and ease arthritis symptoms. It helps enhance a persons mood and keep a person happy and joyful from within. A complete practical demonstration was given to the participants on how to practice Yoga to get maximum benefit out of it. The Guest Speakers shared their vast knowledge on Yoga with the audience. Various Yoga postures was shown to the audience by Dr. Suresh Kumar Agarwal and Sri Nand Lal Shaw which the audience also performed enthusiastically. At the end of the session a certificate distribution ceremony was held to honor the Guest Speakers and to appreciate the active participation of the audience.
