A dreaded Khalistani militant, Jagjit Singh was arrested from Kathunangal in Amritsar. Police has recovered huge cache of arms and ammunitions from his car. police said Singh had links with Pakistan based terror outfits and was funded by pro Khalistan organisations in UK and Canada. Police identified Damon Kahlon, a US based Khalistani operative as the person who has funded Singh and directed him to carry out subversive activities in India.
