BY A STAFF REPORTER: After Taliban occupy Afghanistan, the residents of Kabul are facing cash shortage. The bank are closed. ATMs are running out of money. They don’t even fulfill their basic needs. On Wednesday, Taliban ordered to reopen the banks. But residents said, most of the bank doors are remain shut.
