The fear finally came true. After again capturing power in Afghanistan, the Taliban claimed that atrocities would not be resorted to as they did two decades ago. But that's just a word of mouth, there's no substance in reality, it's becoming clear as the days go by. The Taliban hanged their bodies in the crane after they publicly shot four people.

The brutal scene was witnessed in Herat, western Afghanistan. The Taliban claim that those shot dead are kidnappers. The arrangements have been made to provide exemplary punishment to the culprits. Maulawali Shir Ahmed Muhajir, deputy governor of Herat province, said, "Four bodies are being displayed at different places. The murder was aimed at conveying the message that crimes like kidnapping will not be tolerated. ’
