By a staff Reporter: Former Chief Minister of Goa arrived in Navanna. Luizinho Felloera will join the Trinamul Party today. He resigned as Congress MLA on Monday. At one time, he was the observer of various states in the North East, including Tripura, on behalf of the Congress.
