By a staff Reporter:Due to the severe depression, rain is expected in Kolkata and South Bengal throughout the day. And water scarcity is nothing new to Kolkata. When it rains, the water in Amherst Street in North Kolkata has been logged. Due to this there is difficulty in traffic. However, the process of releasing water in case of emergency has been started by the Calcutta Municipality. Citizens are also being harassed for potholes.
