Moments after the Nandigram assembly election election result review petition was assigned to the bench of Justice Kaushik Chanda of Kolkata High Court, TMC leaders Derek O'Brain and Mahua Maitra took to social media to highlight his previous association with the BJP. Chief minister Mamata Banerjee has filed a review petition challenging the Nandigram poll result in Kolkata High Court. The case was assigned to Justice Kaushik Chanda.
