BY A STAFF REPORTER The Pollution Control Board has announced that only green crackers will be permitted for Diwali and Kali puja from 8 PM to 10 PM. According to Pollution control Board sources, green crackers are those which are less pollutant and uses harmless chemicals. The restrictions on crackers will also be imposed on chaat puja, Christmas and New Years.
