By a staff reporter: groups of some friends were roming yesterday night dressed as convicts, killer clowns, zombies and devils on the streets of Birmingham.
It comes just two nights ahead of holloween party on Sunday, October 31, with drinkers expected to celebrate the night all weekend.
Police are already begging shops not to sell flour and eggs to under-18s for fear youngsters will pelt homes and cars.
