Third Primary shots for those 60 years and over regardless of health status in Trinidad and Tobago come Monday. The announcement was made by Health Minister Terrence Deyalsingh during Saturday’s covid-19 update.
The minister added that those moderately to severely immune-compromised are also eligible for the Sinopharm primary dose which should be the same vaccine used in the first instance…3-6 months after the second dose.
Now regarding the other vaccines, Minister Deyalsingh said the same applies, but with no age limit. This means that everyone above the age of 12 for the Pfizer and over and 18 years for the Johnson &Johnson, Astra Zeneca and Sinoparm vaccines are now eligible for a 3rd primary does as well.
