Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh: The festive spirit in Ayodhya reached new heights as the city set two new Guinness World Records during the grand Deepotsav celebrations. The Department of Tourism, Government of Uttar Pradesh, along with the District Administration of Ayodhya, successfully organized the largest display of oil lamps, illuminating a staggering 25,12,585 diyas along the banks of the Saryu River.

In addition to this remarkable achievement, another record was created for the most people simultaneously performing 'diya' rotation, further emphasizing the community's active participation in this grand event. These records not only highlight the dedication and effort of the organizers but also reflect the cultural richness and unity of the people of Ayodhya.
