The Calcutta High Court on Tuesday transferred the Sandeshkhali case including the attack on ED sleuths and allegations on Shahjahan Sheikh to the Central Bureau of Investigation.
The prime accused in the Sandeshkhali matter, Shahjahan Sheikh was arrested on 29th February, Thursday. He was suspended for six years by the Trinamool Congress.
