BY A STAFF REPORTER: After West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, another chief minister turned his back on the Centre. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will not attend the NITI Aayog meeting. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has boycotted the NITI Aayog meeting to be held in New Delhi on May 27 under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. CM says, "The central government is obstructing many welfare schemes in Punjab. Be it the amount of RDF or the reduction in crop prices, Punjab is constantly suffering.” Apart from Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will also not attend the NITI Aayog meeting.
