BY A STAFF REPORTER: As farmers faced another round of tear gas shelling, farmers' leader Sarwan Singh Pandher on Wednesday criticized the incident and indicated that they will not hold dialogue with the center.

Furthermore, Pandher alleged that the leaders were attacked while they were moving forward for peaceful discussion on the Shambhu border. Moreover, he stated that the farmers have never refused discussions but holding talks in such an environment is 'difficult'.

Furthermore, Union Agriculture Minister Arjun Munda on Wednesday announced that the center is ready to hold 5th round of discussion on MSP, crop diversification, and stubble management. However, protesting farmers are yet to respond to Munda's appeal.

The protesting farmers resumed their 'Delhi Chalo' march on 21st February as the fourth round of talks with the center failed to fulfill the demands of farmers.
