Hasina and her sister Rehana air lifted to Tripura and then to Delhi

BY A STAFF REPORTER: In a dare devil operation, agents airlifted beleaguered Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina into the helicopter and left for the nearest India state of Tripura, minutes before the mob stormed Prime Minister's house and Bangladesh Parliament. The helicopter landed in Agartala around 2:45 PM, according to closely placed sources in tune with the operation. 

A special air force aircraft took Sheikh Hasina and Rehana to Delhi where she was received at the Hindon air base by senior Indian Air Force officials. Hasina was then shifted to a safe house in Delhi, according to a source in know of things and is expected to stay there for a few days. Hasina and her sister Rehana, a British citizen, have expressed their desire to shift to London.
