Rahul to go to jail?

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is in trouble again ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.  Surat court dismisses Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's plea in 2019 defamation case, As a result, Rahul's membership was revoked and the jail term of two years was also upheld. Last month, a Surat court convicted the Congress leader in a case related to modi's surname and sentenced him to a maximum of two years in jail. After his conviction, his membership of parliament was also revoked under the Representation of the People Act. Meanwhile, Rahul had moved the sessions court on April 3 against the lower court's order.
