PM Modi Slams Congress For Not Giving Chances To SC/ST/OBC

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday slammed Congress for allegedly not giving fair participation to people belonging to ST, SC and OBC castes during his reply to motion of thanks to the President's address in Rajya Sabha on Wednesday, 7th February.

He further accused Congress of destroying Dr. B.R. Ambedkar's ideas and not awarding him with Bharat Ratna. Modi also mentioned that Ambedkar was conferred with Bharat Ratna when BJP came in power. Furthermore, PM Modi highlighted that the NDA government made an 'Adivasi (tribal) daughter' (Droupadi Murmu) the President. He also termed Congress as the biggest 'opponent' of Dalits and accused them for awarding Bharat Ratna only to their family members. 

Modi recalled that the Indian economy was in 'fragile five' during Congress government while in Modi government's 10 years, India rose to top five economies in the world.
