Protesters Vandalize Flyover Barricades At Haryana-Shambhu Border

BY A STAFF REPORTER: The farmers protesting at the Haryana-Punjab Shambhu border vandalized flyover safety barricades using tractors and hand-held weapons on 13th February, Tuesday. The authorities used water cannons in response. 

The protests escalated as the farmers were stopped from entering the national capital. Moreover, they were seen running to nearby farmlands to escape the tear gas shells used by police.

The authorities used tear gas shells to disperse the protesting farmers. Moreover, the farmers were en route to Delhi to participate in the large-scale farmers' protest, namely the 'Delhi chalo march', predominantly asking for legal assurance of MSP (minimum selling price).
