By A Staff Reporter- Tamil Nadu BJP President K Annamalai commented on the ongoing NEET examination controversy. Addressing the media, Annamalai mentioned recent arrests in Gujarat, Bihar, and Delhi related to the NEET exam. He highlighted several issues, including a leaked question paper and the allocation of grace marks to 1,563 candidates.

Annamalai reassured that the Education Minister has addressed these concerns and affirmed there is no inherent problem with the NEET exam itself but rather with the National Testing Agency (NTA). He noted that 89,426 students from Tamil Nadu successfully passed the NEET exam this year.

The Union Minister also assured that a re-examination would be conducted if any mistakes were found or if malpractice was confirmed. Annamalai emphasized that those involved in any wrongdoing would be punished, ensuring the integrity of the examination process.
