Prof Yunus, please look what is happening in Dinajpur

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Thousands of Islamic fundamentalist and miscreants attacked Hindu minority families in Dinajpur in Bangladesh on Wednesday night. Scared residents telephoned students, civil society leaders, police and even Army for help but to no avail. 

With situation turning desperate, the men and youth took whatever they could lay their hands on and patrolled the streets and areas around the locality. Dinajpur residents informed ANM News that they are living in abject fear. 

"We moved towards the border, hoping to cross over to India but the BSF stopped us. We have returned but don't know how long can we live in this manner of complete lawlessness,'' a local Dinajpur resident said.
