Uttarakhand: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami conducted a ground inspection of the disaster-affected areas in Tehri and Rudraprayag, where recent landslides have caused significant damage. In light of the ongoing landslides along the Kedarnath foot journey route, the Kedarnath Yatra has been temporarily halted to safeguard passengers.

Authorities are working tirelessly to clear the debris and restore safe passage for pilgrims. "The safety of our citizens and visitors is our top priority," Dhami emphasized, assuring that the state government is mobilizing all necessary resources to address the crisis and support those impacted by the disaster.
