Advocate Sumit Kumar Sharma provided insights into the ongoing NEET paper leak case hearing in the Supreme Court. "After listening to the arguments from both sides, the Court is convinced that a paper leak has taken place, but the key question remains when it occurred," Sharma stated.

He elaborated on the discrepancies pointed out during the proceedings. "We presented evidence that the paper leak occurred in Hazaribagh on May 3. The National Testing Agency (NTA) claims that question papers are transported in GPS-enabled vehicles, but in this instance, they were transported in an e-rickshaw without any security," Sharma continued. "Instead of State Bank of India (SBI), the e-rickshaw driver took the question papers to the school where tampering allegedly took place."

Sharma also mentioned the Central Bureau of Investigation's (CBI) assertion that the paper leak occurred on the morning of May 5, a claim the Court found unconvincing.
