Jammu: BJP leader Kavinder Gupta has unveiled the party’s election manifesto for the Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections, referring to it as the 'Sankalp Patra' instead of a traditional manifesto. Gupta explained that this term reflects the document's focus on national, state, and societal interests.

Addressing a press conference, Gupta underscored the BJP's commitment to not only meeting the promises outlined in the 'Sankalp Patra' but also addressing issues that may arise unexpectedly. "We call it Sankalp Patra instead of the manifesto as it is in the interest of the nation, state, and society," Gupta stated.

He praised the party’s track record, asserting that the BJP has consistently delivered on its promises and has even addressed concerns beyond what was initially outlined. Gupta expressed confidence that the people of Jammu and Kashmir would support the BJP based on the tangible development achieved in the region under the party's leadership.

The 'Sankalp Patra' is expected to outline key policy areas and developmental goals for the state, aiming to build on the BJP's previous accomplishments and address current challenges.
