BY Vijayendra Accuses Congress of Misusing Tribal Funds for Elections

BJP state president BY Vijayendra has accused the Congress-led Karnataka government of multiple scams, including the misappropriation of funds meant for the development of the tribal community.

By A Staff Reporter: Speaking on key issues, BJP state president BY Vijayendra claimed that money intended for the ST Development Corporation has been looted by the state government and used during the Lok Sabha elections in Karnataka and other parts of the country. He further alleged that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has identified that these funds were utilized during the elections in Bellary.

Vijayendra, along with BJP representatives, has submitted a representation to the Chief Election Commissioner, seeking the disqualification of E. Tukaram, citing ED's findings. He also raised concerns about the Congress government violating Model Code of Conduct (MCC) norms ahead of the Karnataka by-polls by issuing advertisements.

The BJP has requested immediate action and intervention in the matter to ensure fairness in the election process.
