New Delhi: Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi has criticized the recently published Economic Survey, arguing that it fails to reflect the true economic situation on the ground and overlooks the pressing issue of inflation.

Gogoi stated, "Today the Economic Survey has been published by the government, but this Economic Survey is completely beyond the ground realities. The government's view in the Economic Survey is like 'Sab Changa Si'. Whereas in reality, the condition of the people is not good. The government has not been able to control inflation even today."

He emphasized the disparity in the impact of inflation, noting, "The rich do not care about inflation, but it is a big problem for the poor and middle class. Today the poor and the middle class see 'Modi means inflation'. The answer to when inflation will reduce is not found in the Economic Survey. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman does not see inflation at all."
