Delhi Government Portfolio Allocations Announced

The Delhi government has officially announced the allocation of portfolios among its ministers. Chief Minister Atishi will continue to oversee 13 departments, including Education, Finance, Power, and Water, maintaining her previous responsibilities.

Saurabh Bharadwaj will assume charge of eight departments, notably including Health, Urban Development, and Social Welfare. Gopal Rai will handle three departments, with a focus on Environment. Kailash Gehlot is set to oversee four departments, including Transport and Women and Child Development (WCD).

Imran Hussain will lead the Food Supply and Election Department, while Mukesh Ahlawat has been appointed as Delhi's SC/ST Minister, along with responsibilities for four additional departments, including Labour. This restructuring aims to streamline governance and enhance efficiency across various sectors in the national capital.
