Begusarai: Union Minister Giriraj Singh has addressed the recent incident where he was allegedly attacked during an event in Begusarai. Singh described the attack and the hostile attitude he encountered, expressing his determination to continue his work regardless of the threats.

Singh remarked, "In this election, the attitude of Muslims towards me in Begusarai and the results that came, Yogi Adityanath rightly said that 'Batenge to Katenge.'" He described the aggressor’s actions, saying, "If this man had a revolver in his hand, he would have killed me the way he attacked me. However, his attack failed." Singh criticized the abusive language used by the attacker and emphasized his resolve not to be intimidated by such threats.

Despite the aggressive behavior, Singh stated that he remains undeterred, saying, "I will not get afraid and will continue my work. No matter how many terror mongers come, it will not affect me." He also pointed out that the protests and aggressive behavior of some local Muslims contributed to the incident, noting the presence of several senior officials, including SDOs and DSPs, during the attack.

Singh’s comments reflect the heightened tensions and political dynamics in the region, underscoring his commitment to his duties amidst growing challenges.
