Delhi's Environment Minister, Gopal Rai, has announced that an environment conference with experts will be held tomorrow to devise an improved winter action plan for the city. "An environment conference has been called with environment experts tomorrow so that a better winter action plan can be made," Rai stated. He also mentioned that the Supreme Court's pilot project of a smog tower, ongoing for two years in Delhi, will have its report presented to the court soon.

Rai also addressed the actions of BJP MLAs who plan to meet President Droupadi Murmu, accusing them of hypocrisy and undermining the Constitution. "I don't know which constitution they believe in. If those who are hell-bent on destroying the Constitution talk of a Constitutional crisis, then it is very funny," Rai remarked. He further accused the BJP of orchestrating conspiracies against the people of Delhi, citing the imprisonment of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal as part of these efforts.
