Mansukh Mandaviya Reports on Flood Relief Efforts in Porbandar

Gujarat: Union Minister and Porbandar MP Mansukh Mandaviya provided an update on the severe weather conditions affecting his constituency, highlighting the response to the recent heavy rains and flooding.

"Porbandar is my Lok Sabha constituency. Heavy rains have occurred in the last three days, and due to rains, many rivers in Porbandar district have also flooded," Mandaviya said, detailing the extent of the situation. "Due to floods, water has entered many houses, and due to heavy rains, 44 people have been rescued and shifted to safe places."

Mandaviya further explained the measures taken to ensure the safety and well-being of affected residents. "More than 600 people are staying in shelter homes, and they are being provided all facilities there. The entire district administration and our public representatives are with the people in this disaster situation and are taking necessary steps," he assured.
