Gaya, Bihar: Union Minister Nityanand Rai has strongly rebuked former Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav for questioning the current law and order situation in Bihar. Responding to Yadav’s remarks, Rai reminded him of the state’s past under RJD rule, accusing the party of fostering a culture of criminality.

"I want to remind him of his government's rule in the state," Rai stated, highlighting what he described as the "jungle raj" under RJD. "How can he talk about law and order when all his party did was to protect criminals?" Rai added, emphasizing that criminals were openly sheltered during RJD's time in power.

Rai contrasted this with the current administration's approach, asserting, "Today, criminals are dealt with an iron fist." He defended the government's efforts to maintain law and order, suggesting that the situation has significantly improved since RJD’s tenure.

Rai's comments reflect the ongoing political tensions in Bihar, where law and order remain a contentious issue, with parties frequently trading accusations over the state’s handling of crime.
