Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has shown significant improvement in his clinical condition following treatment at Fortis Hospital, Mohali. In a health update provided by Dr. RK Jaswal, Director and Head of the Department of Cardiology, Mann’s vitals are now completely stable. The Chief Minister was initially admitted with suspected tropical fever, and subsequent tests confirmed the diagnosis of leptospirosis.
Dr. Jaswal stated, "The Chief Minister had shown signs of significant improvement in his clinical parameters and has responded well to treatment for the increase in pulmonary artery pressure." Mann has been placed on appropriate antibiotics, and both clinical features and pathological tests have demonstrated satisfactory progress.
This health update comes as a relief to many, as the Chief Minister is expected to make a full recovery soon, following further monitoring and treatment.
