Tamil Nadu Announces Rs. 5 Crore Aid for Wayanad Landslide

Chennai: Tamil Nadu Minister Ma Subramanian announced that Tamil Nadu Chief Minister has pledged financial aid of Rs. 5 crores to assist with the aftermath of the Wayanad landslide incident. "A medical team of 10 doctors with all medical equipment and medicines was sent to Wayanad in 2 vehicles from Ooty and Nilgiri last night," Subramanian stated.

He added, "We have asked our medical team to conduct a meeting with the officials in Kerala. Whatever medical help is required, we are ready to provide it." This swift response aims to support the affected region in its recovery efforts.
