Ranchi, Jharkhand: Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan voiced strong criticism of the current Jharkhand government, lamenting the state’s decline since its creation by former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and its subsequent development under Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
"We all have seen our beloved Jharkhand that was made by Atal Bihari Vajpayee and that was nurtured by PM Modi," Chouhan began, expressing his dismay at the state's current condition. "But today it pains me to see where Jharkhand has reached. Today Jharkhand is heading towards destruction and ruin."
Chouhan targeted the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) with sharp accusations. "JMM means Jharkhand Mitaao Morcha. JMM means land mafia, murder mafia, and mining mafia," he asserted, blaming the party for rampant corruption and criminal activities.
He highlighted the difficulties faced by the common people, particularly in obtaining essential construction materials. "You tell me, is sand available here? Sand is being sold in buckets. It has become difficult for a poor man to build a house," Chouhan remarked, underscoring the impact of mismanagement on the lives of ordinary citizens.
