Dehradun: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami chaired a crucial meeting with senior officials on Monday to review the final preparations for the 38th National Games, which are set to commence at the Maharana Pratap Stadium in Dehradun tomorrow. The event will also witness the arrival of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who will inaugurate the games in a grand ceremony.
During the meeting, CM Dhami emphasized the need for seamless coordination among all departments to ensure the successful execution of the prestigious event. He directed officials to focus on last-minute details, including security arrangements, traffic management, and hospitality for the participating athletes and dignitaries.
"The 38th National Games is a matter of pride for Uttarakhand, and we must ensure that it is conducted in a manner that reflects the state’s commitment to excellence. The presence of Prime Minister Modi adds to the significance of the occasion," Dhami remarked.
