Are fundamentalists and jihadists taking over Bangladesh ?

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Lawless Bangladesh is embracing jihadist and fundamentalists, claimed security officials working in the country. Will student leader Nahid Islam along with his fellow coordinators and protesters take responsibility for the brutal killing spree which are usually witnessed in Africa, happening in Bangladesh.

According to reports pouring in, 24 persons were burnt alive inside a hotel, many were hacked to death in different parts of the country. Dreaded terrorists and other jailed inmates escaped from prison. The Army has retreated in the barracks, the three service chiefs have become spineless as they play the role of mere spectators in the killing fields of Bangladesh. Student leaders merely issued statements but did or could do nothing to stop the lawless and killing spree. Security experts believe that the students' movement has already been hijacked by jihadists and fundamentalist. Bangladeshis are dismayed by the way, situation has turned and they don't have much hope on Mohammed Yunus, although he is a Nobel laureate. Most Bangladeshis feel the controversial economist does not have the acumen to pull Bangladesh out of the current crisis.
