Horrible! A boat carrying 400 migrants

BY A STAFF REPORTER: A boat with about 400 passengers on board is sinking between Malta and Libya as the number of migrant boats crossing the Mediterranean from North Africa continues to rise. The boat, which left Tobruk in Libya, has reportedly sunk. However, no rescue operation has been launched so far. According to sources, the boat ran out of fuel and the lower deck was full of water, the captain had left and there was no one to run the boat. The boat is now in the Maltese Search and Rescue Area (SAR). Maltese authorities could not be immediately contacted.
