Kolkata – West Bengal Governor CV Ananda Bose has praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s meeting with former US President Donald Trump, stating that it reflects India's growing stature on the global stage. Speaking about the evolving dynamics of international relations, Bose highlighted how nations have transitioned from dependence to interdependence.
"From dependence through independence, the nations of the world have come to interdependence. PM met US President Donald Trump, and we witnessed the bonhomie between them, which underscores India's significant position in the global framework," Bose remarked.
He further asserted that India is poised to play a crucial role in shaping future global discussions and decisions. “India will be a determining voice in future deliberations and decisions,” he added.
