Israeli Troops Kill Hamas Man

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Israeli troops on Friday killed a Hamas member among those who opened fire on a military post in the occupied West Bank.

The Israeli military said the post was attacked near the Israeli settlement of Pasagot. Soldiers conducting regular activity at the scene identified the suspects and responded with live fire. The two attackers have been neutralised and transferred for treatment. 

The Palestinian Health Ministry said one of the wounded later died. Hamas controls the Gaza Strip, but also has strong support in the West Bank.
