OSAKA, JAPAN – Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, currently on an official tour of Japan, visited the Panasonic Energy facility in Osaka on the third day of his trip. During the visit, he held discussions with company representatives about potential investment opportunities in the state’s energy sector.
In a social media post, Yadav highlighted Madhya Pradesh’s ambitions to emerge as a premier investment destination, particularly in innovative energy solutions. "Madhya Pradesh is poised to become a leading investment hub by fostering innovation in the energy sector. I briefed the Panasonic Energy team, who specialize in manufacturing advanced batteries, about the state's robust infrastructure, specialized industrial parks, and skilled workforce," he stated.

The chief minister emphasized the state’s investor-friendly policies, growing industrial ecosystem, and government support for clean energy initiatives. He also invited Panasonic Energy to attend the Global Investors Summit 2025, a major platform showcasing business opportunities in Madhya Pradesh.
Panasonic Energy, a key player in battery manufacturing and sustainable energy solutions, has been expanding its footprint globally. The meeting is expected to pave the way for potential collaborations between the company and Madhya Pradesh in areas such as battery technology, renewable energy, and advanced manufacturing.
