Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been honored with the Order of Saint Andrew the Apostle, Russia's highest civilian award. In a tweet acknowledging the recognition, PM Modi expressed his gratitude to the Russian Government for bestowing the award upon him.

"Honoured to receive the Order of Saint Andrew the Apostle. I thank the Russian Government for conferring the award. This award is dedicated to my fellow 140 crore Indians," tweeted PM Modi.
