BY A STAFF REPORTER:  At least seven children have been killed in a fire at a camp for people displaced by floods in eastern Congo, local official Thomas Bakenga said. Hundreds of families have been living in makeshift huts in shelters in Kalehe town since May after devastating floods destroyed homes in the villages of Bushushu and Nyamukubi in South Kivu province.
