BY A STAFF REPORTER: Ukraine is devastated by Russian forces. Several Ukrainian cities and homes have been destroyed by russian forces. Western countries have been helping Ukraine since the war began. The European Union has announced new aid to Ukraine. Eu diplomacy chief Josep Borrell said the EU has allocated a total of 85 billion euros to help Ukraine. In particular, eu military aid has reached 25 billion euros. The European Union will continue to provide financial assistance to Ukraine and increase it no matter what happens in the United States.
