By A STAFF REPORTER: St. Jude’s High School embraced the essence of World Yoga Day with a serene and rejuvenating morning on the school grounds. Students from all four houses—St. Patrick’s House, St. Andrew’s House, St. George’s House, and St. David’s House—gathered under the open sky, spreading their yoga mats in anticipation of a mindful practice.
Led by experienced instructors, the students engaged in a series of yoga postures aimed at enhancing flexibility, strength, and inner calm. The atmosphere of tranquility, coupled with the gentle breeze and natural surroundings, provided the perfect backdrop for this wellness-focused event.
Throughout the session, participants immersed themselves in various yoga poses, from foundational asanas to more challenging stretches. Each movement was accompanied by deliberate breathing exercises, emphasizing the integration of mind and body.
