This chicken recipe with hot white rice will go down well with the family at noon.
* What will be needed?
Chicken: 750 grams
Onion: 3 pieces as whole
Gandharaj Lemon leaves
Lemon juice: 4-5 tsp
Pepper: 1 tsp
Garlic, green chillies: 3 tsp
Cashews: 15
* How to prepare the dish?
Apply lemon juice and pepper to the chicken for marination and keep it for an hour. Heat white oil, add chopped onions, garlic and green chillies and fry a few cashew nuts to make a paste. Fry the chicken in white oil for 15-20 minutes and grind it with the paste. Add salt and pepper. Grate the lemon peel and give it like a spoon. When it becomes brown, add a spoonful of lemon juice, pepper and chopped chillies and it is ready. Serve by spreading the lemon juice on top and if you want you can arrange a leaf on top.
