Who Will Gain In Punjab And Haryana ?

BY A STAFF REPORTER: It's a house divided in Punjab and Haryana where BJP is locked in a multi cornered contest along with other regional parties and INDIA block alliance. Punjab is going to polls on June 1 and ground level feedback indicates a tough contest between Shiromoni Akali Dal, Congress, BJP and AAP.

There are 13 seats in Punjab and 10 seats in Haryana. According to initial reports, prospects are coloured in Punjab with INDIA bloc comprising of AAP and Congress expected to win 9 seats and BJP 3 seats while Amritpal Singh contesting as an independence stands a chance in Khadoor Sahib.

The Badals of SAD is expected to draw a blank as the people has not yet gotten over the fact that their erstwhile government was accused of corruption. BJP is expected to do good in Haryana with the party expected to win 7 out of the 10 seats.
